The final individual presentations for the “Special Seminar for Strategic Reasoning and Thinking,” a four-month practical training mandatory for SiMS students were held on Thursday, July 23, 2015.
17 students in the second year participated. During the training, they learned about the concept of “system inspired” and specific methods for ideation, such as “design thinking” to assemble ideas.
In the final presentations, students presented “things” that had been completed through a process, from the materialization of their own idea on a technical basis to system decomposition. Their presented “things” were evaluated by faculty members in charge of the program, mentors, the first students, and guests from companies.
